Laboratory Bowls & Sanistep Urinals for Upper Yarra Secondary College
Under the VSBA program, the plan aimed to revitalise secondary education to deliver contemporary learning spaces and flexible indoor and outdoor spaces and provide art, science and landscape facilities. Britex are proud to have been involved in this successful VSBA School Upgrade Project at Upper Yarra Secondary College.

Stainless Steel Fixtures & Fittings for Aitken Hill Primary School
The newly constructed Aitken Hill Primary School, opened in term 1 2019, accommodates up to 475 students for Prep to Year 6. The State Budget of $13.806 million is allocated towards the school, followed by an additional $6.77 million for construction of a performing arts and physical education facility. The development of Aitken Hill Primary School utilised a number of Britex Stainless Steel products.

As a part of the Growth Area Schools Project Victoria (GASP), Dohertys Creek P-9 College is a newly developed co-educational school to serve the Truganina community. The primary and secondary school is a part of a government’s commitment to making Victoria the ‘Education State’ by improving the infrastructure of the school. This project involved ten new schools that link growth areas to promote community connection across educational sectors. A number of Britex fixtures & products were used in the development of Dohertys Creek College.

Ashley Park Primary School, formerly known as Yarrambat Park Primary School was developed as a part of the Growth Areas School project (GASP). This school was a winner of the Minister’s Award for Excellence in the 2019 Victorian School Design Awards. It is the third new school built in three years by the Andrews Labor Government for Doreen and Mernda.
